In 2022, STAFFVIRTUAL hosted two year-end parties in celebration of the Christmas season. The parties were held in two venues, located in Cebu and Manila at Seda Hotel and Dusit Thani Hotel respectively. Here, employees gathered to enjoy dinner, entertainment, and a grand final award show.

- Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Managed expenses within the allocated budget.
- Logistics and Operations:
- Sourced and negotiated with vendors.
- Coordinated all event operations.
- Hired personnel (e.g., performers).
- Supervised staff (event coordinators, caterers).
- Ensured smooth event execution and troubleshooted any issues.
- Promotion and Marketing:
- Led promotional activities for the event.
- Developed a marketing strategy.
- Obtained necessary permits for hosting the event.
- Post-Event Analysis:
- Analyzed the event’s success.
- Prepared reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
