OU​TREACH ACTIVITY

On October 16, 2021, STAFFVIRTUAL brought smiles to the ​Manipis, Talisay City, Cebu community through a special ​charity event. A day after Talisay’s annual fiesta, we gave ​bundles of groceries, toys for kids, and different kinds of ​merchandise to over 250 families in Manipis.

MY ROLE

• Preparation of the Event:
• Defined the event’s scope, objectives, and target audience.
  
• Developed a workable timeline for pre-event planning, execution, ​and post-event activities.
  
• Budgeting and Financial Management:
  
• Prepared budgets and ensured adherence.
  
• Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  
• Managed expenses within the allocated budget.
  
• Logistics and Operations:
  
• Sourced and negotiated with vendors.
  
• Coordinated all event operations.
  
• Hired personnel (e.g., performers).
  
• Supervised staff (event coordinators, caterers).
  
• Ensured smooth event execution and troubleshooted any issues.
  
• Promotion and Marketing:
  
• Led promotional activities for the event.
  
• Developed a marketing strategy.
  
• Obtained necessary permits for hosting the event.
  
• Post-Event Analysis:
  
• Analyzed the event’s success.
  
• Prepared reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
