Founder’s Day

In June 2024, Qualfon celebrated its 18th Anniversary with a ​grand two-day event. The first day featured a Sportsfest, ​where sports enthusiasts competed in basketball and volleyball ​tournaments, culminating in the crowning of Mr. & Ms. Qualfon. ​The second day marked the culmination of the celebrations, ​with awards presented to the winners of each competition and ​an exciting Cheerdance competition. The event was supported ​by over 15 partners and vendors.

• Cheerdance Competition, Mr. & Ms. Qualfon, and Overall ​Championship:
  
• Prepared detailed mechanics for the Cheerdance Competition, ​Mr. & Ms. Qualfon pageant, and the Overall Championship.
  
• Ensured all participants understood the guidelines and criteria for ​each competition.
  
• Supplier Coordination:
  
• Coordinated with multiple suppliers for food, decoration, and ​logistics to ensure all event needs were met.
  
• Managed venue arrangements, sports coaches, and guest ​performers, ensuring seamless integration of all elements.
  
• Audio and Visual Needs:
  
• Assisted in the audio and visual requirements for the program, ​ensuring high-quality presentations and performances.
  
• Campaign Creation:
  
• Developed engaging campaigns for all activities to promote ​participation and excitement among attendees.
  
• Utilized various communication channels to reach and engage the ​target audience.
  
• Leader Coordination:
  
• Worked closely with all leaders to ensure their teams were ​engaged and actively participating in the event.
  
• Facilitated regular meetings and updates to keep everyone ​informed and aligned.
  
• Event Set-Up and Decoration:
  
• Assisted with the decoration and set-up of the event venue, ​ensuring a visually appealing and functional space.
  
• Worked with the team to create an inviting and festive ​atmosphere for all attendees.
  

MY ROLE

• Event Planning and Preparation:
  
• Spearheaded the overall planning and ​preparation for the Founder's Day Celebration ​and Sportsfest.
  
• Developed a comprehensive event timeline and ​checklist to ensure all tasks were completed on ​schedule.
  
• Budget Allocation:
  
• Managed the event budget, ensuring funds were ​allocated efficiently across various activities and ​requirements.
  
• Monitored expenses to stay within budget while ​maximizing the quality of the event.
  
• Organizing Sports Activities:
  
• Coordinated and organized various sports ​activities, including basketball and volleyball ​competitions.
  
• Finalized the mechanics and scoresheets for ​each sport, ensuring fair and smooth conduct of ​the games.
  
• Mobile Legends Tournament:
  
• Successfully organized the entire Mobile Legends ​Tournament, from registration to execution.
  
• Ensured all participants were informed of the ​rules and schedules, and managed the ​tournament logistics.
